Several years ago I worked to develop a Technology Implementation Plan for our school. The goal was to create a cohesive and resource supportive plan to develop the instructional technology infrastructure of the school.

 

As a part of the NC State Digital Learning Transition MOOC I was asked to update the plan. We redefined our goals and strategic actions based on the current state of the program.
